Frank M. Gagliardi is a partner at MacGillis Wiemer, LLC, specializing in personal injury law. He has represented thousands of individuals and families throughout Wisconsin who have been injured. Frank has successfully advocated for clients in state and federal courts, handling cases involving trucking accidents, auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

A former Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge, Frank earned his law degree magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. His experience on the bench has deepened his knowledge and understanding of the law, giving him a unique advantage in representing clients by seeing both sides of the courtroom.

Frank is a lifelong resident of Kenosha County and has been actively giving back to the community since graduating from college. He has been a long-time board member of Lakeland Little League, where he served as President and Safety Instructor. Currently, he coaches high school softball players, helping them earn college scholarships through the VA Glory Softball organization. When he’s not in the office or on the field, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, Dana, and their two daughters, Maya and Frankie.
