David J. Lisko is an of counsel attorney at MacGillis Wiemer, LLC. For the last 10 years he has focused his practice on framing cases, verbal and non-verbal persuasion, case themes, focus groups, jury selection and cross examination. He has tried well over 100 cases in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, car crashes, medical malpractice, lemon law and motor vehicle fraud.

He is a past board member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

He enjoys golf, reading, hiking, working out at Orange Theory Fitness and downhill skiing.

He has been ministering to men in his local church for 30 years.

He is blessed with 2 adult daughters, Sarah and Katie and one special granddaughter, Stella.
