Paul V. GagliardiPaul V. Gagliardi is an of counsel attorney at the law firm of MacGillisWiemer. He graduated from Boston College in 1974 and went on to work for Ernst and Young a national CPA firm obtaining his CPA while attending Marquette Law School in 1979. In 1979 he formed Gagliardi Law serving people in need of civil litigation for over 45 years prior to joining MacGillisWiemer. Paul served a variety of positions in the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers including President. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Milwaukee Magazine. Paul has been a board-certified trial attorney since 2000.

Paul has successfully appeared before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. A landmark verdict and Supreme Court decision involving medical negligence, Bartholomew, established two separate caps for medical negligence cases and is still the law in Wisconsin.

Paul has obtained several seven figure jury verdicts for injured clients. He is also licensed in Illinois. Paul now focuses on professional malpractice matters.

Paul has been active in his community serving on many non-profit boards including Kenosha Visiting Nurses for over 35 years and the Sharing Center for several years.

Paul lives in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin with his wife Joni and his pal (dog) Marty. Paul has three children and ten grandchildren.
