MacGillis Wiemer, LLC is thrilled to announce the addition of two talented attorneys to our team, marking an exciting summer of growth for our firm. Dusty E. Gross and Seth A. Jaglinski, both recent Marquette University Law School graduates, have joined us as full-time attorneys, bringing fresh perspectives and specialized expertise to our practice.
Dusty E. Gross joins us as a dedicated first responder lawyer, focusing primarily on representing police and fire unions in labor and employment matters. Her impressive academic background includes serving as the Managing Editor of the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review and President of the Health Law Society. Dusty’s commitment to public service is evident through her induction into the Pro Bono Honors Society for completing over 100 hours of volunteer work.
With a diverse range of experiences, including internships at the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Risk Management Department, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court, Dusty brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her dedication to assisting first-generation college and law students aligns perfectly with our firm’s values.
Seth A. Jaglinski joins our personal injury practice, bringing a passion for advocating for his clients’ interests. During his time at Marquette University Law School, Seth honed his skills in creative problem-solving and conflict resolution through participation in numerous negotiation competitions as part of the Sports Law Society. His experience with Legal Action of Wisconsin and involvement in Pro Bono work through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics demonstrate his commitment to serving those in need.
Both Dusty and Seth are lifelong Wisconsin residents, deeply connected to the communities we serve. Their unique backgrounds and dedication to their respective fields make them valuable additions to MacGillis Wiemer, LLC. We are confident that their expertise will enhance our ability to provide exceptional legal representation to our clients.
We warmly welcome Dusty and Seth to our team and look forward to the positive impact they will make in serving our clients and community.
